By accessing the Ahousho platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these operational directives. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Operator") and Ahousho (the "System Administrator").
If you do not agree with any part of these directives, you must immediately cease all usage of our systems. Continued access implies full acceptance of all protocols outlined herein, including any future modifications or updates.
2. User Responsibilities
Operators are required to maintain the security of their authentication credentials. Any activity detected under your identifier is considered authorized by you. Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or manipulation of the Ahousho infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not utilize our systems to transmit malicious code, engage in data mining without authorization, or disrupt the experience of other operators. Compliance with all applicable local and international regulations is mandatory.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, code, algorithms, and visual assets generated by or displayed on Ahousho remain the exclusive property of the System Administrator. This includes, but is not limited to, the unique visual design, backend architecture, and proprietary data models.
Operators are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. This license does not permit the reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on Ahousho's intellectual property without express written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ahousho operates within a "deep space" vacuum of reliability. The system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of data processed through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahousho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
5. Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
